Welcome to PurelyClean Spaces. By booking a service, visiting our website, or communicating with us, you agree to the Terms of Service outlined below. Please read them carefully.

1. Overview

PurelyClean Spaces provides residential, commercial, move-out, and specialty cleaning services throughout Gwinnett County and Metro Atlanta. These Terms govern all bookings, service agreements, website use, SMS communication, and any interaction with our company.

 

2. Booking and Scheduling

  • Appointments may be scheduled online, by phone, or by text.

  • Time windows are estimates and may vary due to traffic, job conditions, or delays.

  • We reserve the right to reschedule or adjust service times when necessary.

  • Access to the property must be provided at the scheduled time. If the cleaner cannot access the property, a cancellation or lockout fee may apply.

3. Pricing and Payment

  • Pricing is based on the information you provide (square footage, number of bedrooms and bathrooms, condition of the home, and any add-ons).

  • Excessive dirt, pet hair, or unexpected conditions may result in a price adjustment.

  • Payment is due the day of service unless otherwise stated.

  • Accepted forms of payment include Zelle, Cash App, credit card invoice, or other approved methods.

  • Late payments may incur additional fees.


4. Cancellation and Rescheduling

  • To avoid fees, cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the appointment.

  • Same-day cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee of up to 50 percent of the booking amount.

  • If we arrive and cannot access the property, a lockout fee may apply.

5. Service Limitations

PurelyClean Spaces does not perform the following:

  • Biohazard cleaning

  • Mold removal or hazardous material handling

  • Infestation treatment

  • Climbing higher than a 2-step ladder

  • Moving heavy furniture that could cause injury or damage

We reserve the right to refuse service for safety concerns.


6. Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with any part of your cleaning:

  • You must notify us within 24 hours of service.

  • We will return to fix the area of concern at no additional cost.

  • Refunds are issued at our discretion and only when a re-clean is not possible.

7. Damages

  • PurelyClean Spaces is insured and will review all damage claims.

  • Damage must be reported within 24 hours of service.

  • We are not responsible for items that were already unstable, broken, improperly installed, or fragile.

 

8. Property Condition

The customer is responsible for providing accurate information about the condition of the property.

If the home is significantly dirtier than described, requires additional labor, or includes spaces not disclosed, the price may be adjusted.

 

9. SMS and Email Communication

By booking with PurelyClean Spaces, you consent to receive messages related to:

  • Appointment reminders

  • Quotes

  • Service updates

  • Customer support

  • Promotional offers (optional)

You may opt out at any time by replying STOP.

10. Website Use

All content, images, text, branding, and materials on our website are the property of PurelyClean Spaces.

Unauthorized use, copying, or distribution is prohibited.

 

11. Changes to Terms

PurelyClean Spaces may update these Terms at any time.

Updated versions will be posted on this page with a new Effective Date.
