What's the difference between a standard clean and a deep/move-out clean?
A standard clean maintains an already-tidy space. A move-out/deep clean goes much further: inside all appliances, cabinet interiors, grout lines, baseboards, ceiling fans, window tracks, the details inspectors and buyers actually look at. For listings, always go deep.
Do you provide a completion report or photos?
Yes. We notify you when the job is complete and can provide before/after photos on request. If documentation is needed for inspection or deposit purposes, just ask when you book.
What if the property needs a re-clean after inspection?
We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If an inspector or buyer identifies something we missed, we return to address it at no additional charge.
